How Can My Business Become a Sponsor?

Choose one of the sponsorship programs below and contact us with your choice.

Sponsorship Programs

1. Partners in Education - Join dozens of area businesses who donate at various sponsorship levels. Your business will be recognized of an entire year in our in-paper "thank you" promotions. These ads run twice a month. You will be matched up with local NIE classrooms.
   • Gold Level - $1000 - $2500 - sponsor 4 - 8 classrooms for a school year.
   • Silver Level - $500 - $999 - sponsor 2 - 4 classrooms for a school year.
   • Bronze Level - $250.00 - $499.00 - sponsor 1 - 2 classrooms for a school year.


2. Program Sponsor
   • Select an educational program offered by News in Education and become the sole sponsor for $2500.00.
   • Your company will be recognized in all in-paper and online promotions of the program.
   • Your logo will appear on the teaching material.
   • Your logo will also appear in the Partners in Education in-paper promotion for one year.


3. The Standard-Times News in Education Online Auction Sponsor or Donor (see www.Bids-for-Kids.com )
   • Be a presenting sponsor for $350.00 and receive top placement in all in-paper, e-mail and online promotions for the auction.
   • Be a major sponsor for $250.00 and receive visibility at the bottom of the auction page in all in-paper, e-mail and online promotions for the auction.
   • Donate an item or service to be auctioned online and it will be featured in all auction promotions with a link to your business website.


4. Adopt a Classroom
   • Each school year, News in Education schools from the previous school year are listed in the newspaper. For as little as $25.00, you can sponsor one classroom for one month. We invite more than one sponsor per classroom as most classes use the newspaper for the school year. All donations are recognized for the entire school year.


5. World of Wonder
   • Cape Cod Times - you may be the sole sponsor the Tuesday World of Wonder page for $250.00 per week. This popular educational feature Your company will be recognized in a 6 column x 4" color strip at the bottom of the page.
   • The Standard-Times - you may sponsor the Tuesday World of Wonder page. Your business can join a group of civic-minded businesses that sponsor these popular, educational features covering history, nature, science and technology for less than $8.00 per week. Your company will be listed as one of the sponsors at the bottom of each week's World of Wonder page.


6. 2-Cent Program for Dealers
   • The 2-cent program is an educational collaboration between your business and the News in Education program. For every copy of the Cape Cod Times or the Standard-Times that you sell in your store, 2 cents of your proceeds will be donated to the News in Education program to provide classroom copies for local schools. 100% of your donation goes directly to provide newspapers for local classrooms.
